    Founder

    Doug is one of the original founders of the company. Once he has written a short bio, it will be posted here.

  • Jackie Wilder,
    Co-Founder & Vice President

    My husband and I started this company in 1986. Initially, we began as an answering service but about a month after we opened our doors we realized we had a tremendous growth rate by word-of-mouth because we were treating each client as if we worked for them. We never told callers we were an answering service, we just told them "Mr Smith was unavailable at the moment, how may I help you". I had over 13 years experience as an executive secretary and applied these skills to running the business and training employees. After three years, we sold off the answering service and became more of a customer support compay. We try to leave your customer with the impression that they have reached your office and we use our past experiences to do this.

  • Devin Wilder,
    President

    I began working for Across America 17 years ago when I was 15 years old. I worked part-time in the Shipping Department when I was still in High School. After graduating high school I worked for another company for about a year but came back to work full-time for Across America because I liked the work environment here better. I worked my way up from Data Entry to Lead Operator, years later to Shipping Department Manager, Office Manager, and now President. I guess you can say Across America is my home.

  • Briana Alley,
    Head of Fullfillment Services

    Briana is a fullfillment Services Manager. She works with a team of employee's to make sure the current days orders have been shipped out by the appropriate shipping service. In between she offers customer support and training for several different companies while answering client emails and order management. She is happily married with four children at home.

  • April Fife,
    Account Services Manager

    April is our accounts services manager as well as an administrative assistant. She handles credit card declines for the clients of Across America and provides personalized service to all of our customers. She is happily married with 2 kids and 3 step-children at home.

  • Dave Myles,
    Head of IT department

    Dave started programming back when computers were not a household name. The languages he learned while employed by the US Goverment are considered obsolete in today's advanced computer languages. After leaving the US Marines, he was able to effectively teach himself PHP, MySQL, Website development, Networking, and a long list of other things. His valuable skills are widely known around the office by one key phrase, "Got Dave?"
